What style represents you today? Take your pick – with a fresh, fun feel, a visit to Moko Salon & Spa in Market Harborough will be a ray of design sunshine once out of lockdown
Having spent a successful 20 years in the bustling market town, you might wonder why Moko Salon & Spa underwent such a dramatic transformation this year. “I got the sense that we were getting too comfortable,” muses owner Anthony Young. “Our passion and motivation were being lost.”
So it was out with the safe vanilla and in with the funfetti flavours. This five-storey smorgasbord of colour and texture means that each area of the building gets to bask in its own distinct style.
From classic rose gold and marble to Japanese-inspired Zen and graffiti-daubed urbanism, there is a look and feel to suit each and every client. “I had so many ideas, and I wanted to use all of them!” Anthony admits with a laugh.
The whole salon is geared up to be a treat to the senses, as well as ultra-Instagrammable. And its home to Redken colour now, so if you want that super shiny Shades EQ sheen that all the celebs love on the ‘Gram, you can source it here. The countdown to salons reopening starts now…
